Insert your cartridge into the receptacle, nozzle pointing upwards.

Place the moisture-absorbing filter on the cartridge.

Pump 3 or 4 times to evacuate the air.

Screw on the watertight protective cap.

Regenerate the filter in a microwave-suitable container, normal operation at 600 watts power for a maximum of 2 minutes.

Mastic Box is the only solution for storing opened cartridges of sealant, adhesive or silicone (with the nozzle fitted) over the long term. Thanks to its hermetic, dry and watertight environment, it prevents moisture, blocks chemical fumes and protects against thermal shock. The cartridges remain in usable condition and can be used right up to the end, without changing the nozzle... no more waste. Mastic Box is supplied in a cardboard box with: - A special filter with orange beads that absorbs moisture and prevents the contents of the cartridge from drying out. After about 40 uses, the beads lose their colour and effectiveness, and the filter needs to be regenerated in the microwave. - A mini-pump to evacuate the air inside the Mastic Box.
