Heavy disc, to be fitted ONLY to a SANDY3 sanding machine, the only machine with motor gears capable of withstanding the reduced traction force and its weight. Once in place, starting it up causes it to turn in one direction; it then drives (by means of a chain and sprocket system located under the housing) and rotates 3 mini discs in the opposite direction with reduced force. These 3 mini discs are perforated to clip on 3 types of disc depending on the work to be done. 1 - 3 150mm-diam self-gripping discs for sanding sheets “DAA-150” for sanding parquet and levelling 2 - 3 Gr 40 diamond segment discs - diam 140mm “DD140-40” for surfacing concrete floors, screed renovation, levelling of concrete floors and removal of epoxy paint less than 1 mm thick 3 - 3 SUPER SCRAPER diamond segment discs - diam 140mm “DD140-SS” For removing adhesive residues and epoxy resins more than 1 mm thick, tile mortar, carpet backing, .... These mini discs are easily removed from the planetary sander by levering with a screwdriver.
