Resin guiding strip to be made by combining: • A self-adhesive stencil on a roll that is easy and quick to apply to the floor, • A two-component white BAO-ROLL methacrylate resin to be poured into the cavities of the stencil. Application 1 - Unroll the BAO-4N stencil roll, remove the protective film from the adhesive and apply it to the floor. 2 - Mix the resin beforehand until you have a homogeneous mixture. 3 - Add and mix with the mixer the dose of hardener in the resin. 4 - Pour and spread the BAOROLL resin onto the roll glued to the floor and fill the pre-cut cavities; 5 - Peel off and remove the roll in one part. 6 - Wait for complete hardening before allowing traffic. Preparation of the substrate • surface to be treated must be mechanically intact, free from oil and gravel, at a temperature between + 5° C and + 30° C, at <80% RH. • on hydrocarbon asphalt: direct application, except for old asphalt, first apply a METAPRIM primer ref. 4228, by the roll, at a rate of 400 to 500g / m². • on concrete, do a light shot blasting, then apply a METAPRIM primer ref. 4228 beforehand. Attention: duration of mixing in a pot: 15 min at 20• c
