Inserts are supported with raw aluminium base, linked to each other with a PVC connector which deaden the noise.
Edging strips are supplied for adjusting the mat dimensions to the matwell frame.

Maintenance: Dirt from shoes is scraped by profiled ridge and retained by the absorbent inserts (nylon tuft) or wiped by fluted PVC inserts. The mat can be cleaned very easily, using a vacuum cleaner.

The Esplanade 6000 is an entrance mat for heavy (pedestrian and wheeled traffic) for indoor use (with textile insert). Made of unwrought aluminium profiles assembled to one another and in which various types of insert are glued, according to the mat's function and the location where it will be fitted. The bars are assembled using a PVC linking joint. A PVC profile under the bar provides sound insulation and gives the mat non-slip properties. Finishing strips are supplied for the ends, so that the mat can be adjusted in the frame.
